Have you sought out the assistance of a medical doctor to evaluate your complaints and asked for a referral to a registered dietitian?

See a doctor. The bloating could be from a food intolerance or hormone issue. Or, it could be something more serious.

This! Sorry OP but your symptoms are not ones we can fix for you. You need professional intervention. Also, please stop trying a bunch of things on your own in environments where you can't get help if something goes wrong. Berberine is nasty if your body doesn't like it or if it messes with medications. Telling you to eat an onion a day or cut back on bread won't fix whatever is going on. This is not within reddit's pay grade or job description. Best of luck to you.

First, you need to see a doctor. I don't know your physical ability, but when I get bloated, I go for a walk. Start slow if you are in pain. As my bloating eases, I speed up my pace. Stretching also helps. Gentle yoga, full body twists and moving your body into different positions. Be prepared for farts.

    Doctor. Doctor. Doctor.

Thanks for the reply, I did saw a doctor in the early stages of my bloating, she said that i was fine and my blood work was fine. I tried to explain that I might have "sibo" but she said I shouldn't believe everything i read on internet and that she never heard of it ( im a male btw)

could be any number of things, from hormonal imbalance, to insulin resistance, to candida (yeast) bloom in the gut. It would be easy enough to try an anti-inflammatory diet, (search for "diet for candida overgrowth") but really the only way to get an answer is from a doctor. (and even then they probably won't get it right the first time)

To be fair, I have Crohn’s and deal with gut bacteria issues constantly. The symptoms are incredibly intense, painful, and incapacitating. True gut bacteria issues are well beyond just bloating.

As others says, consult a doctor. But how much fiber are you eating? Not enough fiber can cause this. Try high fiber diet for a couple weeks

    Try a gastroenterologist
