Gear

My little backyard home gym setup

lautedsioAug 25, 5:22 PM

Initially worried if the pod floor could take a heavy treadmill, but it turned out super sturdy. Time to add a couple more gear pieces!

Love the set up! Especially the walk out to the sauna. I just have a pop up one in my basement

With plenty of windows and plenty of natural light, I like this environment for exercising.

fitting a full treadmill in there without making the space feel cramped was a good call

That is so cool. Please tell us more about it. Do you have any heat or AC in it ? How much was it, how can somebody buy one. Such a cool idea thank you.

Just a safety observation: Please do not leave the treadmill plugged in if you have little kids that may get on it. They can get it started in the blink of an eye, get thrown or pinned very easily when the treadmill is against the wall. The tread can cause the same or worse than a severe burn. All it takes is seconds.

Thanks Bro! I had a mini AC installed in here, the crew took care of the setup for me. the prefab was around 22k. As for the treadmill, i picked it up for around 1k-1.5k (depends on when u buy, discounts,etc...)
