Food

I tracked every food item I threw away for 30 days. The results pissed me off.

Week 1: Half a bag of spinach, 4 yogurts, leftover chili I forgot about Week 2: Entire cucumber, half a loaf of bread, chicken that went bad Week 3: Three bell peppers, cottage cheese, more spinach Week 4: Salad mix, two tomatoes, leftover pasta Total waste: \~$67 worth of food. In ONE month. The worst part? I didn't even realize I had most of this stuff. I'd buy groceries and shove them in the fridge without checking what was already there. My pantry is a black hole where canned goods go to expire. I'm determined to fix this but I need a better system than 'try to remember everything.' What do you all do?
