  • antbot27·Jul 18, 5:37 AM

I do something similar- ground turkey, sweet potatoes, and some type of roasted veg, usually broccoli. This gets made every week and makes for great work lunches.

  • outrageousriver192·Jul 18, 7:30 AM

    I agree it sounds delicious🤤

  • electronic_layer_2_3·Jul 18, 11:04 PM

Any sauce or what kind of seasoning?

  • jengaclause·Jul 19, 1:31 PM

I'm making seafood boil cabbage wedges. I've made two heads every week now for a month. These are so delish. Grill some shrimp kabobs or chicken to pair.

  • electronic_layer_2_4·Jul 19, 1:40 PM

I need details on the cabbage!

  • bendlerp·Jul 20, 3:40 AM

Ground beef with garlic. Some to freeze for later, the rest in a chili. All thanks to the local food bank.

  • vvariant·Jul 20, 4:54 AM

Niçoise salad! Im using salmon but its so good with grilled chicken or tuna

  • plus_possibility_240·Jul 20, 5:11 AM

I’m trying to up my protein so breakfasts are tofu shakes (1/3 container silken tofu, Fair Life chocolate milk, strawberries, PB Fit). The tofu works like Greek yogurt and I can’t taste any tofu. Lunches are an easy cannellini bean skillet (Sauté Lions Mane mushrooms until golden, add a shallot until translucent, toss in chopped garlic cloves for two minutes, then add a can of rinsed beans, salt, pepper, pepper flakes and spinach until it wilts). I bought a carton of eggs, so half will be hard boiled and tossed in a salad, half to be fried as needed.

Mashed potatoes with meat balls in red sauce

  • antbot27_2·Jul 20, 9:52 PM

Season will just be whatever I feel like. I’ve mostly used the Kinders All Purpose seasoning, but have also done it Asian style. Then I’ll add bbq sauce or Sriracha depending on how I made it.

  • jamisons15·Jul 21, 6:33 PM

Breakfast burritos and chia seed pudding with cinnamon and blueberries!

  • apprehensive_way47_2·Jul 21, 6:43 PM

Cube em up and roast at 425. Lotta seasoning little fat to keep em healthy as they can be. Obviously eat better if you make them right before serving but they still hit the spot after a reheat in the air fryer

  • chaospotato84·Jul 24, 3:45 AM

Salads! Because im lazy and didnt make a protein yet.

  • lightzn·Jul 24, 4:02 AM

Beef and veggie stirfry for lunch, cottage cheese and pineapple for breakfast

  • emotional_bus5022·Jul 24, 7:01 AM

Honey Harrisa chicken (tried to copy cava) with some black lentils I cooked with chicken stock and oven roasted veggies (sweet potato, potatoes, and broccoli). It was actually really easy and the taste is so good! I got some salad mix, feta, and hummus if I wanted to change it up throughout the week. Genuinely one of my easiest recipes

  • chigrrl1098·Jul 25, 12:53 AM

I made Thai peanut chicken and noodles for my lunches this week and it's been pretty good. It's supposedly under 500 calories. There's a whole bag of spinach in it and some jalapenos and other stuff. You could add more veg.

  • cupcakesandconfusion·Jul 27, 8:04 AM

Ground turkey + potatoes is such an underrated combo. I do something similar but swap the regular potatoes for sweet potatoes — the macro split ends up being really solid for leaning out since you get more fiber and complex carbs. My go-to lean-out prep is: - **Protein:** Ground turkey (93/7) seasoned with garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a little cumin - **Carb:** Roasted sweet potato cubes (toss with olive oil spray + cinnamon) - **Veg:** Whatever's on sale — usually broccoli or green beans roasted alongside the sweet potatoes The whole thing takes maybe 45 min of mostly passive cook time and gives me 5 days of lunches. One thing that helped me stop getting bored was having 3-4 different sauce options ready — sriracha mayo, chimichurri, tzatziki, or just hot sauce. Same base meal, different flavor every day. I've also been using SummitPlate to generate grocery lists and macro breakdowns for my preps — saves me from having to manually calculate everything when I'm trying to hit

  • lur42·Jul 28, 1:10 PM

Still figuring it out, I'm in a hotel for the next unknown period of time which only had a mini fridge (no freezer)and microwave. I did just get an indoor outdoor stove thing and a deep pan with spatula to help though.

  • ijust_makethisface·Jul 28, 1:15 PM

i've already made 5 lbs of steamed potatoes, going to mix them in with veg n seasonings for simple basic meals. I feel like the less impressive my meals are, the less likely I am to overeat.

What are Greek chicken bowls? I would probably like to try this!

  • heideleeanne_2·Jul 28, 4:16 PM

This is the recipe I used as a guide[Greek Chicken Bows](https://eatwithclarity.com/greek-chicken-bowls/#wprm-recipe-container-50051)

  • apprehensive_way47_3·Jul 28, 5:37 PM

Love this. I’ve just been using ChatGPT but it’s been working great- recorded all the pantry/fridge/freezer items I have on hand to keep shopping needs minimal. Been loving 2:1 soy sauce to oyster sauce as seasoning for the 93/7 turkey with optional Korean chili flakes. Never thought I’d be this guy but I genuinely like it as much as any ground beef preparation I’d made before. Also these potatoes crisp right back up after 6 minutes in the 400 degree air fryer, eating healthy and hitting macros has been a lot easier than I thought it would be! (3 weeks in)

  • walledisney·Jul 28, 6:23 PM

Do you use crock pot My oven is broken recently

  • kalendral_42_2·Jul 31, 7:02 PM

You could do chicken broth with noodles Chicken cacciatore is good as well

  • goolsby63_2·Aug 3, 1:09 AM

For that combo I usually think in templates more than exact recipes: taco-ish (cumin, chili powder, garlic), Greek-ish (oregano, lemon, garlic), or soy-ginger-garlic with a little honey or sriracha. If you're meal prepping, making 2 proteins and 2 starches with different seasoning profiles keeps the week from getting repetitive fast. I use SummitPlate for mixing and matching that kind of setup now, but even a note on your phone with a few repeatable seasoning combos works really well.
