A cut at home does not need a rack. It needs a session you will actually start after work.
Pick bodyweight in the quiz, keep the goal on cut, and let the player hold the sets. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner sit beside the work as catalog plates — not a recipe rabbit hole.
The point is rhythm: same moves tomorrow, same Done set. Swap a plate when you need to. Keep the session.
If the floor is free and the mat is out, you are ready. No download. No Sunday rebuild.
